Raechel Anderson Dressler is a certified professional coach, inspirational speaker, author, and trainer. She’s the founder of The Sparkling Bride, whose mission is to support and serve clients with integrity, empathy, and fun, to ensure that brides are bold, confident, and equipped with all the tools they need to have the wedding of their dreams.
Raechel has a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Raechel’s coach training was done through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), from which she received the designation of Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. She is accredited through the International Coaching Federation, as a PCC, and has served on the Executive Committee in her local ICF chapter.
Raechel is iPEC’s Coach Community Director and loves engaging with iPEC students and graduates! She is also a trainer and a group facilitator for iPEC, where she trains, serves, and inspires new coaches.
Additionally, Raechel participates on a speaker’s circuit for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Raechel draws on her own personal experiences when she speaks and relates to a variety of audiences, her favorite being students of psychology and psychiatry in undergraduate, graduate, and medical schools, as well as physicians and psychiatrists. One of Raechel’s passions is being a part of the eradication of the stigma attached to mental illness.
Raechel’s partner in the disastrous Day Zero, is her amazing husband and best friend, Peter, a lawyer and tax whiz, to whom she’s been very happily married since 2004. They’re only ever at odds about the amount of shoes Raechel actually needs.
She has a beautiful and brilliant 16-year old step-daughter, Alene, who is an avid competitive swimmer and a daily reminder of the importance of empowering our young ones to live boldly, consciously, and passionately.
The members of the Anderson-Dressler family are animal lovers, with two yellow labs, Sirius & Gracie, and two black cats, Igloo & Barrett, rounding out their family.
